可拆卸汽轮机保温套采用特种防火保温材料由：内里层、中间保温层、外表层，三层组成；其可重复使用，满足了需要定期保养或检修的高温工作体的绝热，填补了国内在该领域的空白。中间保温层根据汽轮机的实际工作条件选择不同的多种材料多层优化复合，达成最合理的保温结构；内层根据使用条件主要满足耐温、耐磨、酸碱腐蚀、透气体等要求；外层根据使用条件主要满足酸碱体、美观、耐磨等要求。

汽轮机可拆卸保温分为三大部分：

A气缸大体上分3个区：

01、上缸(可拆卸式保温层240mm )

02、下缸(固定式保温层260mm)

03、中分面法兰(可拆卸式保温层260mm )

B高压主汽调节阀及中压联合汽阀2个区：

01、头部法兰采用可拆式保温结构

02保温层厚度为240mm ( 80mm x3层保温毯)的可重复使用环保型保温套。须现场根据工况进行调试安装。

C、连通管道

汽轮机可拆卸软体节能保温罩采用可拆式保温结构，保温层厚度为180mm (90mm x2层保温毯)的可重复使用环保型保温套。

保温层材料按设计要求为：

*碳硅铝复合软材、陶瓷纤维针刺毯

*内里层采用耐高硅氧布(可耐1200℃，可在950℃下长期使用)

*外表层采用硅胶反射布分区、钢外罩壳分区、分块制作而成。
